Who can use the service
Betting is only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally allowed to gamble under the laws of the country you live in. The following people are not permitted to open an account or place bets:

- athletes, coaches, referees, club owners or staff who can influence the outcome of an event they bet on;
- employees or representatives of other bookmakers;

- anyone whose local law prohibits betting.

Types of bets

Odds, limits and betting markets can change before an event starts; the odds in effect at the moment your bet is placed and accepted are the ones that apply. 1xBet may declare a bet void and refund it at odds of 1 if there was an obvious pricing error, a technical fault, or evidence of match-fixing or misuse of the platform.
Your account
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts registered under a different name, address, email, IP address or payment method are not allowed and will be closed.
- Keep your login private. You are responsible for your password and withdrawal codes. Contact support immediately if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.
- Identity verification (KYC). 1xBet can ask for a photo ID or proof of address before releasing a withdrawal or a bonus. Verification can take a few days depending on the documents involved.
- Inactive accounts. An account left untouched for 3 months or more may be temporarily blocked; contact support to reactivate it.
- Fraud and abuse. Accounts used for fraud, collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse or automated/bot betting can be closed, and related bets or winnings can be voided.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses

- Withdrawals are normally paid out to the same payment method you used to deposit.
- 1xBet may require you to place bets before allowing a withdrawal, and may pause a payout while your account is being verified.
- Bonuses (welcome package, deposit bonuses, free bets, gifts) are limited to one per person, household, device or payment method, and each has its own wagering requirement and expiry date shown in your account.
- Bonus terms can be changed, paused or withdrawn by 1xBet at any time; abusing a bonus offer can lead to the bonus and any related winnings being cancelled.
If something goes wrong
If you disagree with how a bet, payout or bonus was handled, contact 1xBet support in writing through the app or website as soon as possible, describing what happened and attaching any evidence you have (screenshots included). Support aims to give a full answer within 30 days - longer if more information is needed from you. Responsible gambling
Gambling should stay entertainment, not a source of income. Only ever bet what you can afford to lose, and avoid chasing losses. If you feel you are losing control, your 1xBet account settings let you set deposit or stake limits, take a break, or self-exclude for a period of your choosing - from one month up to several years. During a self-exclusion period, do not attempt to open a new account.
